PRODUCTS THAT CAN BE FILLED:

Food and Beverage: Tomato paste, adjika, sauce, pomegranate syrup, cocoa hazelnut cream, peanut butter, hazelnut paste, general types of paste, ketchup, mayonnaise, jam, marmalade, tahini, molasses, honey, strained yogurt, halva, cake batter, oil, olive oil, boza, small weight foods.

Chemistry and Cosmetics: Small weight products such as liquid detergent, liquid hand soap, liquid dish soap, cream, gel detergent, softener, cologne, paste, toothpaste, nail polish and cosmetic cream.

Mineral Oil: Condensed oil, engine oil, fuel additive, all mineral oils.

Paint: Gouache paint, solvent, thinner, solvent-based paint, pigment, and small-weight paint industry products.

User Guide:
Compressor Connection: Connect the hose from the compressed air (compressor) installation to the conditioner of the machine and open the blue valve. Adjust the air pressure by lifting the black cover up and turning it to the right and left.
Connecting the machine to the supply tank: Connect the machine to the product tank with a hose suitable for your product type from the goods entry point. When making the first attempt, do not forget to put a large container under the nozzle.
Weight Adjustment: The weight adjustment is done volumetrically on the machine.In the piston group located under the casing sheet of the machine, the weight is determined by shortening and extending the distance of the wedge on the weighing shaft and using the ruler facing the hand on the wedge.

 

IMPORTANT : Before adjusting the weight, press the foot pedal and simultaneously close the blue valve of the conditioner.
